Gigi Goes

Hi, I’m Gigi, an amateur traveler with a camera roll full of color and a bag full of things I thought I needed but don't.

I travel a few months out of the year with my friends, my family, or sometimes just by myself, collecting thrifted clothing, forgetting at least one essential thing, and finding myself in the middle of beautiful (or occasionally panic-inducing) moments I didn’t plan.

 

I’m good at researching flights and routes; I’m less good at keeping my room tidy or remembering to shave my legs before a beach day. I never have nice nails. Somewhere in between all of that, I try to capture the human side of traveling, the imperfect, funny, surprising parts that make a place feel real.

When I’m not hopping between countries, I run a small farm sanctuary in Florida with my husband, and practice bhakti yoga.

I created Gigi Goes to share my travels with friends and family (and hopefully you). It sure beats just posting photos to Facebook without much of an explanation...
